Course overview

Description generated based on course syllabus and open data.

The course covers corporate culture as a system: values diagnostics, internal communications, material and non-material motivation, EVP and employer positioning. It includes work with metrics such as eNPS and HR analytics.

Who it suits and who it does not in corporate culture development

Suitable for (HR and SMB leaders)

  • HR managers and HR directors who need to systemize organizational culture, define metrics and collaboration rules.
  • SMB owners and team leads who structure company values and internal communication standards.

Not suitable for

  • Those expecting quick fixes without analytics and process implementation.
  • Those not ready to align management practices with company values.

Problem → outcome in corporate culture

Problem

  • Fragmented values, unclear rules, low engagement and high turnover.
  • Lack of measurable indicators (eNPS, tenure, turnover risk) and transparent motivation.

What is addressed

  • Diagnostics of the current corporate culture model and its impact on business processes.
  • Building internal communications, corporate style and management principles.
  • Developing EVP, employer positioning, a corporate code and a communications plan.

Comparison with alternatives in corporate culture building

  • Self-study: flexible, often without structured metrics and proven templates.
  • Consulting: in-depth, but dependent on external providers and budget.
  • Internal initiatives without methodology: fast start, yet high risk of inconsistency.

The course format provides an end-to-end framework: diagnostics → metrics → communications → EVP/employer brand → rule implementation.

Outcomes of working through the course in corporate culture

  • A description of the current culture model and a team values map.
  • A metrics set (including eNPS formula) and a basic HR KPI dashboard.
  • A candidate profile aligned with company values.
  • A scheme for material and non-material motivation.
  • EVP and employer positioning with key messages.
  • A draft corporate code and an internal communications plan.
  • An engagement survey and an onboarding checklist.
  • A step-by-step plan for implementing culture changes.
